Terms of Service

 

By placing an order on this web site, you give L.L. Riley and Mythical Gems Media, LLC permission to contact you regarding your order during fulfillment. This can include order updates or any questions needed answers to in order for proper fulfillment of the order.

  • If additional information is needed to fulfill the order, you’ll receive an email.  Failure to respond could result in delivery delays.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this web site or order products from Mythical Gems Media, LLC.

  • Mythical Gems Media, LLC strives to ship items as quickly as possible, but some orders may take as long as 4 weeks before shipping. Please take weekends and holidays into consideration when ordering. ***order processing and deliveries are also different when preorders are involved. Updates regarding preorders will be stated as best as possible on orders noted as a preorder.***

  • Most orders will ship with all items in one shipment, so most orders will not ship until all items are ready to ship.  This can mean orders including back-ordered items may be delayed until the back-ordered items are available.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

No Returns: I do not accept returns for refunds.

Exchanges: I offer exchanges for items within 30 days of the date of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Or if your order has not been shipped yet.

Exchange Process:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate the exchange process. You can contact me at l.l.rileyauthor@gmail.com.

  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

  • Upon receiving the returned item, I will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.

  • If the item is deemed eligible for exchange, I will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging an item unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
